Absolutely! We take our clients' privacy very seriously. We will not release any information about your results to anyone without your authorization. We will always follow any special instructions you give us for communicating with you or other parties involved in your test.

No. We will not give you your results over the phone. Results will be sent by e-mail, mail or both, depending on your preferences.

We accept all Major Credit Cards and USPS Money Orders for services. Money Orders are to be sent to our Business Address and made out to Emerge Mobile DNA Services LLC, before service is scheduled. Please include your contact information. You will be contacted once it is received.

The cost for our tests covers the persons being tested, supplies used for testing, shipping costs and laboratory testing fees. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so within 24-48 Hours of your appointment time by calling (757) 540-7849. There are NO REFUNDS, but you may Reschedule your appointment.

Legal Paternity Testing is performed under strict chain of custody procedures/paperwork and can be used as evidence in court. Non-Legal Paternity Testing is for personal use at home and Peace Of Mind only and does not follow chain of custody procedures. 

You call to schedule your appointment by phone. You pay for your test. We will discuss your appointment with you and get more information. You must have a Valid Government Issued Id, all parties involved will be swabbed, test will get shipped to our AABB Accredited DNA Laboratory. Test results will come back in 1-3 business days of your DNA sample being received. Results will be e-mailed or mailed, based on your preferences.

Do not eat, drink, chew gum or smoke 30 Minutes before Scheduled Appointment.

If the alleged father is a minor, consent from the legal guardian is required. This means the legal guardian will need to be at the appointment in order to give consent that the minor can be tested.
