* Mileage Policy
A mileage fee of .67 per mile will be charged for distances beyond a 25 mile radius from our office.
* Payments
( We are not associated with any Gift Card Companies and Do Not Accept GIFTLY Cards for Payment.)
We accept all Major Credit Cards/Debit & Pre-Paid with Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover logos on them.
We will also accept Certified Money Orders ( Not Cashiers Checks) for Payment of Services. Made out to Emerge Mobile DNA Services LLC. Please notify us in advance, if this is how you intend on paying for your service.
* Parties Tested Only
Only persons /parties being tested should be present during appointment.
* Same Day Appointments
Same day appointments are not guaranteed and must be scheduled 4 hours in advance. Must be Paid at time of scheduling to hold appointment.
* No Cash
Our Collectors Do Not Take Cash Payments for services or Carry Cash on them for services.
* Additional Parties
The Base Fee covers the parties who will be tested for that DNA Test. An additional Fee of $100.00 is required for another person to be tested. Paid at time of scheduling.
* Documentation
Valid Government ID is required for adults being tested. Signed Consent on behalf of minors.
* Cancellation/Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS.
A Cancellation will not result in a Refund. However, you may reschedule your appointment, as long as it is 24-48 hours before your appointment.
If the appointment is not Cancelled 4 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $25.00 Reschedule Fee.
* NO CALL/ NO SHOW
Will result in having to pay for another test.
